It all starts with this plan as you build your customized flexible ceremony on top of this foundation: • Event Coordinator • Up to 30 white wedding chairs (all guests must be seated • Setup, pickup, and delivery of chairs. • Wedding Arch (bamboo) • Standard aisle decorations • PA Sound with portable battery operated sound system with microphones, speaker, mixer, and personalized DJ music to your ceremony entrance. Pick up to three songs for entrance music and a recessional song.
Required for Balboa Park (all venues at Balboa Park), Calumet Park, Cuvier Park, La Jolla Shores, Mission Bay, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, South La Jolla, Sunset Cliffs and other locations run by the City of San Diego. An additional fee will be applied on top of your total package cost and is required to be paid in full upon booking.

Add additional resin chairs for added guests. This includes rental fee, tax, setup and tear down.
A wooden pathway is a great alternative to make your aisle look elegant. Each one has a measurement of 8 ft. x 2 ft (LxW). An order comes with one set. One set is 8 ft (good for up to 30 chairs), Two sets are 16 ft (good for up to 50 chairs), Three sets are 24 ft (good for up to 75 chairs)
Our decorative floral theme is designed to go with our bamboo or traditional arch perfectly. If you choose to add the heptagon arch they worked well with those arches.
The elastic chair bands exemplify modern sophistication and elegance. They are designed to complement the chairs. It cost $2.00 per chair.
Add the 30 chairs from the Flex Plan plus the additional requested chairs.

Need a Florist?
We will send you the information of the florist that most of our couples have used in the past for their bouquet, boutonniere, bridesmaids, corsage for parents or reception.
Need a Videographer?
We will send you the information of the videographer that most of our couples have used in the past for their ceremony and/or reception.
Price: $450.00
Add one hour of our amazing professional photographers that specialize in weddings and specifically beach weddings. With this basic package you get 10-15 minutes before and after ceremony including ceremony. Direction of photo shoot of couple, family, and friends. Stage flowers and rings for photos. Approx 10-14 days after ceremony will be the transfer of ALL photos in JPG formats.

Desire more time with our photographer? Extend your coverage to capture additional moments during or after the ceremony, or extend the service to the reception. Please remember to include travel time between the hotel and ceremony location or from the ceremony to the reception in your calculation. For instance, if you're adding 2 hours of photo time at the reception and the travel time from the ceremony location to the reception is 30 minutes, make sure to account for 2.5 hours.

We will work with the couple and/or the wedding coordinator to provide direction at the wedding rehearsal. We understand that the rehearsal is not only to get prepared for the big day, but it is also a time to celebrate with close family and friends.
Enhance your wedding experience with our Ceremony Planning Service, designed to provide expert guidance and support for your ceremony preparation. The planner operates on a gratuity-based system, with tips accepted in cash only. This gratuity is separate from SoCal Vows' standard gratuity requirements. The planner's fee is 5% of the total cost of all vendors hired for the ceremony. Please only add this service if you are prepared to compensate the planner accordingly. This service includes: Review of all vendor contracts must be submitted. Initial Planning Session: One scheduled phone call (1 hour) via phone, Zoom, or FaceTime. Final Details Call: A 30-minute call to review all ceremony specifics. Ongoing Support: Up to 5 inquiry emails or texts for questions or clarifications. We will coordinate with the Day-of Coordinator to seamlessly hand off all planned details, ensuring flawless execution on the day of your event.
