Use this checklist at the end of your day. Be sure to make detailed comments so that we can make changes and keep supplies up to date.

Fabric or Cloth Material are taken out of bins to air dry (Lace runner, Ribbon, PA table cloth, Unity Table Cloth, Chair Band)

Flower Theme - leave the bin open to keep them dry.

Lantern Flowers and Runner Greenery - leave the bin open to keep them dry

Laundry - place in laundry bin by the trash can

PA system turned off

Walkie talkies + iPad returned to station and plugged in

Cooler emptied + ice packs returned - if sandy, please rinse them off before storing in the freezer.

Vehicle is clear of all trash + personal items (checked under seats)

Keys returned to key hooks
