Why spend a ton of money when you can have an intimate personalized ceremony with a few of your closest family and friends? San Diego has amazing beaches and great weather all year long. It sure beats a quick wedding in Las Vegas or the sterile feel of a county courthouse. We offer a customizable elope wedding package because we want to help you create that special wedding you have always dreamed of. Over the years we have done a few of these elopement ceremonies so we have a good idea of what you want. Picking the right location, time of and day, and knowing when is high tide are the little details that will make an elopement amazing. Any day is a perfect day to elope to San Diego, and because we are local San Diego natives we know the amazing beaches that are perfect for eloping to San Diego without needing a permit by the city.

Coronado, La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Embarcadaro, Cardiff, Carlsbad, or Oceanside all have gorgeous places to have your intimate wedding ceremony without the need of a permit with limited # of guests. If you want to have your beach wedding elopement on  Cuvier Park or Sunset Cliffs  you will most likely need a permit. You can always call the county or check out their website to apply for the permit. This permit would need to be obtained before you book with Socal Vows to officiate your ceremony. The permit is between $230 – $1500 depending on location and residency. You will also want to make an appointment to get your marriage license before your event date.
